While many of our customers come to TG0 with fully fleshed-out ideas and concepts for their products, sometimes they need help bringing them to life. This is where we come in. At TG0, we offer a range of services to help you ideate and formulate your concept, including workshops, design sprints, and feasibility studies. We work with you to design the aspect side, also known as the A-side, which is the outer side of the product that customers typically interact with. You specify your product requirements such as:

Based on your concept, the TG0 design team designs and builds the B-surface structure, which includes the smart polymer sensor layer, the electronic architecture, and software that drives the whole system. Following this process, the product is ready to go for testing and certification.
Once the product concept is finalised, we work with you and other partners to bring your product to life. We complete various stages, prototyping, testing, certification and validation, up to mass manufacturing. We provide full guidance and transparency to get you the best product possible within your quality, certification, reliability and cost parameters.
Once in mass manufacturing, we can provide ongoing support for technology tuning, over the air firmware updates, data analysis, complement your physical product with a digital customer interface, and more.
