Here is how we help you validate your product’s compliance and performance
The product design is tested to ensure that it meets the specifications and requirements set by the customer, including tests for functionality, performance, reliability, and safety.
The tooling used for mass production, such as moulds, dies, and fixtures, are validated to ensure they meet design requirements and can produce parts that meet specifications.
The manufacturing process is verified to be capable of producing parts that meet the design requirements consistently. This includes tests for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material properties.
We proof the quality control system to ensure that it can identify and address any issues that may arise during production. This includes testing of inspection equipment, measuring instruments, and sampling procedures.
A trial production run is conducted to validate the entire manufacturing process. This can include testing of equipment, processes, and personnel to ensure that the product can be produced in mass quantities with consistent quality.
While many of our customers come to TG0 with fully fleshed-out ideas and concepts for their products, sometimes they need help bringing them to life. This is where we come in. Based on your concept, the TG0 design team designs and builds the B-surface structure, which includes the smart polymer sensor layer, the electronic architecture, and software that drives the whole system. Following this process, the product is ready to go for testing and certification.
Once the product concept is finalised, we work with you and other partners to bring your product to life. We complete various stages, prototyping, testing, certification and validation, up to mass manufacturing. We provide full guidance and transparency to get you the best product possible within your quality, certification, reliability and cost parameters.
